What is expected of me when i volunteer?
When you volunteer, there are certain expectations that both you and the organization or cause you are supporting should have to ensure a positive and productive experience. Here’s what is generally expected of volunteers:
- Commitment: Be committed to the organization or cause you are volunteering for. This includes fulfilling the agreed-upon time commitment and showing up for scheduled shifts or events.
- Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are crucial. Organizations depend on volunteers to be present and ready to perform their assigned tasks at the designated times.
3.Follow Instructions: Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the organization or your volunteer coordinator. This includes understanding your role, responsibilities, and any safety protocols.
