How to organize time on exam days:

The   Exam   period is considered one of the most difficult times that young people go through during their education, as they face great psychological and physical pressure to prepare for and succeed in exams. In order to achieve outstanding performance and maintain their mental and physical health, it is necessary to divide time effectively. Here are some useful strategies to achieve this:

  1. Establish a time plan:
    • Start by determining the topics to be studied and the scheduled exams.
    • Determine the amount of time available for each subject based on its degree of difficulty and importance.
    • Divide time fairly between all subjects, giving special attention to those that feel difficult.

2.Create a daily schedule:

  • Set specific hours for study and rest, and keep in mind peak periods when concentration is best.
  •  Make sure to include periods of exercise and rest to maintain physical and mental activity

3.Effective study techniques:

  •  Use techniques such as interactive study and regular review to enhance memory and understanding
  • Regularly replenish energy through simple exercises or deep breathing to avoid stress.

4.Taking care of mental health:

  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle, including adequate sleep and balanced nutrition.
  • Avoid excessive use of social media and immersion in work without a break.

5.Flexibility and adaptation:

  • Remember that the plan is not rigid and can be modified based on the progress and challenges you face.
  •  Be prepared to change priorities if necessary depending on the needs of the study.

6.Rest and listen:

  •  Do not forget to give yourself periods of rest and entertainment to maintain activity and morale.
  •  Spend time with friends or on hobbies you love to relieve stress. 

In the end, the division of time during the exam period should be a balanced process between studying and rest, with a focus on mental and physical health. By applying effective strategies, young people can achieve outstanding performance and pass their exams successfully.
